如何去掉屏目提示選擇操作係統

試著從外置硬盤上啟動，啟動時屏目提示選擇哪個操作係統啟動，外置硬盤上的列為第一。去掉硬盤後啟動時屏目依舊提示選擇哪個操作係統啟動，因外置硬盤上的列為第一，缺省選擇外置硬盤的操作係統啟動，因硬盤被去掉，啟動失敗。

請問如何去掉屏目提示選擇操作係統。
