請幫忙診斷我的電腦是中了病毒嗎

近2周我的IE非常慢(laptop聽到總是在哢哢的響不知道在做什麽)，經常frozen不動了，要不就是音樂和畫麵不顯示。每次這種情況發生時我另開一個IE窗口又是好的，大概過個十多20分鍾這個新窗口又出同樣問題。

最近2天看到幾次error message，apparently a message from "Visual C++ Library", saying "this application (i.e. Internet Explorer) has made an unusual requst to Runtime to terminate".

我一直裝有Norton Antivirus軟件，也一直keep updating and scanning, 沒有顯示發現什麽病毒。

請教各位，這像是中了病毒嗎，怎麽解決呢? 謝謝！
