請教啊！HP laptop不能啟動了，怎麽辦呢？

我的電腦在開機啟動後，一切看似正常，但是在“啟動電腦”的提示窗口出現並顯示桌麵背景後，就一直沒反應了。我試了各種啟動模式，safe mode etc., 都不起作用，電腦現在就廢了，請教高手怎麽辦啊？多謝了！！！
