How to clean the disc? Thanks

I have 19GB hard drive. Now it shows there are only 100MB free space, how can I clean my C drive? I try to go to: Start-->Program-->Accessories-->System Tools-->Disc cleanup, but seems no effect.

Does anyone know what I can do now? Thanks a lot.
