Goto Tools->Internet Options ...

Then first delete the temporary internet files by selecting "Delete Files...", then close the Options window, and refresh the page containing the music file, then goto Tools->Internet Options ...->Settings->View Files..., and look for the .wav or .mp3, etc. files.
