(1) Does your PC use a PCI TV-Out card? And it doesn't have analog audio out? Then you may need to use your sound card's audio output to feed your TV's audio input (L/R). Ordinary sound card only has a stereo earphone output jack, or at best a stereo line-out jack as well. You need to buy a special cable that has a stereo earphone plug on one end and two RCA male connectors on the other. You can connect the composite video out on your PC directly to your TV's video input using the cable that you already have.
(2) Video out only outputs video; no sound signal at all. See above for the cable needed.
(3) Yes. But for better results, you need a better TV.
