A small question of popped up wabpage

I just reinstalled window xp.

Now, when I click an link, such as any of the link at wwenxuecity.com, the popped up webpage is not full size, every time I have to click the up right corner "square box" to enlarge the page page to the full desktop size.

Anybody could tell me how to solve this problem ? Maybe a small config problem.
