請教：如何阻止這個網站

每次開機，還沒有打開任何program, 這個網站http://shop.trendmicro.com/tmasy/eol.html?X=300&Y=300&WIDTH=690&HEIGHT=480老自動跳出來，說：

。。。

我查過，並沒有裝過這個軟件。請問如何阻止這個討厭的網站自動跳出來？？
