If company wants to track your record, you can't hide.

Most of them are tracking your outbound URL. So if you go to the XXX site, you are doomed. So please be careful, you will be fired if you go to XXX site in workplace.

Another thing is backing up your PC file from background. There is database tracking your PC file system, so it doesn't matter what you hide. Your boss will know it BEFORE you, if he wants to.
