Install Win XP and update to the latest
1. DISCONNECT web while installing.
2. install win XP,from a fresh CD to a new formated region; DO NOT intall in the same region having Operating System. the better use VLK verison or vl version, this version needs only SN; need NO activation.there is even WIN XP with sp2 or with sp3 VL version in the web (free), you can also find the SN (keys) easily from the web for vlk(or vl) version.make a CD disc from the [Windows XP .iso] file. Use this CD for installation.
3. when finish install, install as many drivers You have as possible from your resource. restart.register as an Admininistor.
5. Left-click [Start]-[Control panel]; there appears a pop-up,double L-click [Security center] in the new popup,double L-click [aotomatic updates] on the bottom of the popup;
there appears a popup, L-click the (O)on left of [Notify me but don,t automatically downlaod or install them.]
6 the system will notify you possible updates when you
connect WEB. be caution now.
7. connect WEB, restart PC. be patient.
8. there is a yellow ballon (bulb) near right conner of the windows (in some case, it may take 5-10 min before the yellow ballon appears; or you need reatart the PC one or 2 time: keep connected WEB).
9 NOW BE CAUTION. DO NOT dwoload, nor install something like "windows advantage vilidation"
or the similar!!!!
10. L-click the yellow ballon. select the first update, download and install it.it should be something "installer"
11. after this first update or "installer", there are a lot of updates for you to install when you click the yellow ballon. Again:

12. my guess: the first update (or installer) is crucial.
its prsence may let you solve your problem.
