請教高手---cannot telnet to the router

我剛裝了一個ASUS 520gu的router, 工作一切正常.
裝完以後我能 ping 192.168.1.1, 但是我怎麽也不能telnet 192.168.1.1, 為什麽? 錯誤提示是 : cannot make a connection to port 23....

我試過這些辦法, 但是都不行:

1. disable firewall in winxp.
2. manually turn on port 23.
3. ssh (use port 22).

請問我應該怎麽才可以telent 192.168.1.1

另外, 我能telnet/ssh到一個遠程的服務器(一個朋友的).

P.S. 我需要telnet 我的router, 主要是要傳一個文件上去.
