哪位高手能修複我的Fujitsu Laptop？非常棘手難題。

Fujitsu Lifebook S6210: 40G HD, WinXP...

Problems:
1. DVD Rom doesn't work, the light flashes, but can't recognize the drive;
2. Window file crashed, can't load desktop items, only wallpaper. This all happened after installing Norton Antivirus.

Windows is pirate vision Chinese. I am computer savvy, but can't fix it.
