初級問題：硬盤分區

電腦外行，菜鳥初級，英文還不行，哪位大俠能夠手把手教一下硬盤分區。
1，是在格式化後分區嗎？
2，安裝Windows後了之後能不能分區呢？
硬盤2G，沒有分區，好像有點慢，是不是與沒有分區有關？
有沒有中文分區軟件？謝謝了！
