向高手求救

我的IE和FF都崩潰了.
全部卸過,重裝了,還是不行.
IE是完全不能打開,FF是打開後,沒法上任何網,顯示為無標題.
後來用安全模式上了,又都可以用,重啟後,好了一下.
然後就有崩潰了............
有高手知道原因嗎?_:'( _:'(
