HP筆記本不能啟動不能重裝了,請問該怎麽修?

電腦打開顯示:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\system32\hal.dll.
please re-intall a copy of the above file.

Windows起不來,估計是病毒,裏麵文件不重要,不需要恢複.
拿到電器店修理好貴哦,大約要200刀不到,舍不得花這個錢.
請問這個我自己能弄好嗎?我比較菜的,不行我就下次回國修. 謝謝.
