如果使用Exchange server的話,有這功能

go to your Exchange Server, run
Exchange System Manager
-- Administrative Groups
-- First Administrative Group
-- Servers
--(your server)
-- First Storage Group

Right click "Mailbox Store", check "Properties"

Can you see "Archive all messages sent or received by mailboxes on this store"
如果那人的email列在下麵，去掉。
