thanks. It works eventually. I downloaded the latest driver and installed it. But still got same error. After that, I registered the product with NETGEAR and seek their technical support. I powered down my PC. This morning, I restart my PC, the NETGEAR configuration worked fine. I did power down/up my PC several times last night but got no luck. But it works today. Don't know which steps make the trick.
