Man, KTD4400 is 266MHz DDR, it is PC-2100. Your 2700 is 333MHz DDR.I don't think they can be used at all!

Read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR_SDRAM The DDR clock rate is half the data rate. Hence 333MHz DDR runs at 166MHz clock.
