Need Help on VB6 MSHFlexGrid.

I have a MSHFlexGrid to display an Access table. When I click on the grid, one row is highlighted. Now I wanna retrieve data on the row, not the whole row, but one of the cells' value on this row. Is that possible? How do I do it? Thanks so much!
