請高手指點Canon噴墨打印機不能工作了

Canon i960噴墨打印機,6個彩色墨盒都有，墨水在一半以上，驅動程序重新安裝，在控製麵板裏檢查打印機驅動、端口（USB）等等都沒有問題，執行打印命令後出現：
Operator error.
Press printer's RESUME button.
If this doesn't clear the error, cancel printing and turn the printer off and then back on.
