請教為什麽我的電腦這麽慢？Thank you a lot!

我的電腦配置有５０G硬盤， 其中 C 盤是３０G 而且 空閑為１３G 。 內存是大概２０００M 吧 (2 of them together) 。 運行任務管理器，System Idle Process 不是特別穩定，大部分時間是在９０％以上， 但是有時候會低於６０％， 可是其他的進程文件都顯示占用CPU為０%.
電腦運行很慢， 是什麽原因呢？
