which safe mood?

I got safe mood ,safe mood with networking and
safe mood with common...which one I should choose?

The last sreen I got with all this choice, I don't know if F8will get me in safemood in this computer.

I choose the safe mood but can't open to window.

when it's updating last night, my spybot ask me if I permit a "bootserve.."change in Regitry, I mistakely hit denial.

but the SP3 installation was able to finish, I didn't restart it till this morning.

Any advice? Thanks!
