too many PCs and NICs at home cause networking problem.
i use a 4-port wired linksys router as internet gateway, all networking happens here.
It connects to my VOIP adapter which goes directly and only phones; it connects to my wireless router which is only acting as wireless gateway, no dhcp, no dns,... and also connects to a layer2 switch which interconnects some wired Nic. this works perfectly for me for a while. before this configuration my wireless is my main gateway and it caused so much problem with VOIP phone service, such as dropped calls...
