forget about the E-machine. My friend just bought one and there is no software installed to make the DVD & CD-RW drives work. He can't copy or make any CDs. Roxio easy cd creator 5 won't work with the computer eitehr. Even the salesperson at Best Buy does not recommend any brand name computers. I am not trying to convince you to buy from me, but you can check out the configurations online and compare prices. Proficient PC users prefer custom-built computers, only amateurs buy brand name comptuers.
