求助：internet connected, 但上不了網

今天換了個modem,control panel上顯示 local area connection沒問題，可就是上不了網，去cmd ping www.google.com結果如下：
ping request could not ifnd host www.google.com. please check the name and try again

請問這是什麽原因？謝謝各位大俠。
