EXCEL大拿請幫助，很急的

我要把一個FILE 從text格式改成EXCEL，指示是下麵這樣的，我有些東西不明白，　想問問，　很急，明天就要交差。好心的同誌ＱＱＨ我Email或電話啊，　萬分感謝！


Using the Import Wizard; Parse by delimited, by comma
Continue with Import Wizard
o Use text format for Column Vendor ID, Voucher and Invoice
o Do not import column Gross & Discount
o Use date format for Invoice Date and Scheduled date
o Finish Wizard
Bold Column Titles and Freeze pane the Titles
Sort the spreadsheet by Terms
Format the Column Amount to 2 decimal places with commas
Use the Subtotal feature to subtotal the Amount column by Terms
Collapse the worksheet to only show the summaries
Save File as “Excel test-subtotals”
Using the “Excel test-subtotals” file Remove subtotal
Use the Pivot table feature to sum the amounts by vendor in Descending alpha order
Format the Column Total to 2 decimal places with commas
Save File as “Excel test-Pivot table
