Thinkpad graphic card

I want to buy a THINKPAD T61, not sure how much difference between NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M (128MB) and Intel GMA X3100 GM965? Is NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M (128MB) worth the money? I don't play game much, but will play home video. Thanks for your input!!!!!!!!
