請教：CPU資源占用100%

最近我的電腦有時死機， 查看CPU使用情況，發現100％占用， 其中占用最多的是：
agent.exe 和ISUSPM.exe. 請教各位大俠， 我該如何解決這個問題？我用的是XP係統。非常感謝！
