Hi,
My 2 years old Dell Dimension XPS decided to quite, and it is out of worranty. At start, it gives out 1-3-2 (or 4-2) beeps, with the Diagnostic Lights 3 and 4 light up in green (on the front penal). The mornitor stays in black. I checked Dell's on-line manual of this model (http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim4600/en/4600/sm/advtrbl.htm#1105735) for light code and beep code, but there is no matching code could be found there. If will be highly appreciated, if somebody could enlighten me on what should I do with this? Or, at lest, how I could get my working files out of this PC?
Many thanks.
Please help with light code and beep code
