啟動鍵是指電源開關。

外接電源的指示燈是指黃色燈。

Monitor shows the computer is in power saving stage. Unplugging the power (or changing power plug) can't reboot the computer. Basically no response!

Please help! Which hardware piece is broken? Thanks in a million!
