怎樣能BLOCK INTERNET？

我用的是CABLE INTERENT，我女兒上網成癮，我必須工作，她放學後的一段時間不能在家照看。 請問各位有什麽辦法能BLOCK幾個小時嗎？我們各有各的電腦。
