Word突然用不了，緊急求助！謝謝！

雙擊圖標，啟動Word過程中出現一個對話框：

Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

然後就是詢問是否發送Error report，以及是否進入Word的安全模式。

覺得Error report沒用，就沒有發送。試過可以進入安全模式，可是一旦退出，仍然不能正常打開Word。

請教怎樣才能確定是什麽問題？如何才能解決？
