你安裝過其他中文軟件麽？

其他中文軟件如果也有問題，那就要在你Control panel: region and language options 裏麵的 advanced: 在language for non-unicode 裏選 chinese(PRC) 選擇 OK
這應該解決問題。

如果，還有問題那麽幹脆在你Control panel: region and language options 裏麵選擇 regional options: 選擇改成chinese
