The message on the screen show you the chance to change those options with key F2 and F11. It is normal start up.
I assume that you have only one hard drive and it is a SATA2 type.
please try the following:
1) press F2 to get into setting BIOS setting
2) select the function key to set the default (factory) setting (which might be F5, please check the on screen menu)
3) then under BIOS advanced
go IDE Configuration
set Configure SATA as (IDE)
4) disabled all the SATA raid options
5) save the setting and re-start
If you can see your hard drive in the BIOS, the setting should be alright.
Then you might need to think about the copy of XP. The dump method is using F6 to load the SATA driver when installing XP.
The SATA driver might come along from the mother board CD or download from ASrock. Make the driver floppy according to the manual.
good luck
