問一個 blue screen 的問題：

Click on 一個 program，電腦不反映，多click了幾下，電腦就freeze了。shutdown後再重新開機，blue screen 出現了，抄下的message，大意是：

problem has been detected and window has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer..

我的電腦怎麽了？我應該怎麽辦？反複shutdown幾次了，每次都是blue screen。先謝謝了。
