Windows / Mac DVD-R Compatibility Issue

在 Windows XP (SP2) 用 Nero 7 刻了張 DVD-R，有文件
    File-1
    File-2
    File-3
該盤在 Mac (10.4.11) 中正常顯示，正常讀取。

在 Windows XP 中添加 New-File-2，並刪去 File-2. 在 XP 中顯示為
    File-1
    File-3
    New-File-2
讀取內容無誤，New-File-2 為新文件內容。

然而在 Mac 中顯示文件卻為
    File-1
    File-2
    File-3
其中 File-2 為老文件內容。

哪位大俠能指點一二？謝謝
