緊急求救，NDetect.exe error message, 謝謝大家

My computer (Windows 2000) failed to start up and gave the NDetect.exe error message first time and repeated rebooting failed to restart.

It even failed to start with safe mode. Please help me how to solve the problem. Thanks.
