your disk might be full

1) check free disk space (at least 1 to 2 G left)
2) disable all startup programs (by msconfig)
3) scan virus and spyware (by AVG and Spybot etc.)
4) uninstall all not necessary programs (re-install after you fixed the problem)
5) try restore
