In fact, the shipping charge is average price, Not excitly charge from each customer.

for example: ship to US include 48 states with the same price $9.99, your case is: you live is more close to IBBTALK shipping Dept, somebody may live far a way!
Most company give the shipping charge is average price from UPS or Fedex!

They do NOT care $2.00 or more, they care about the business!
