how do i change the fan of cpu?

i dont have chinese input at workplace, please reply in chinese so that i can understand better.

my pc has some problem with the cpu fan. i was noisy. it works better now as i have cleaned it. i would like to know how cpu is connect with the fan. does the fan connect to the mainboard? or the fan covers the cpu?

my cpu is P4 3.0.
