求助電腦死機?

Dell Latitude:
開機登陸後, 出現提示:Memory could not be "read", 接著Memory could not be "written", 終止執行程序.
幾分鍾後.WINDOWS 顯示:
"計算機自動掃描病毒時,發現木馬後門,木馬程序.(backdoor.trojan and trojan horse)但無法刪除".
其他程序無法運行.計算機運行緩慢. 接下來就死機.
請問解救方法!!! Thanks!!
