急救！急救！急救！電腦文件突然消失

不知中了哪門子彩，今天電腦突然還原至一個月以前的係統，以前曾刪除的文件，如今都恢複了，新做的文件全不知跑到哪去了？請高手指點如何才能找回丟失的文件？！，本人感謝救火之恩！
