Windows Live Messenger does not work? pls input ...

Hello everyone,

Could you please give me some advise how to make Windows Live Messenger to work? I need to use the video conversation feature. the MSN Messenger does not have it.

I downloaded the program so many times. But after i install it, and try to open it, it just does not open.

Why would it not allow me to open it? It's been months since i tried and tried. It worked before. I don't know what happened to my computer.

Anything i should check about my computer? or the W. L. Messenger?
