please help me!!!!!!

i can not play my ourgame games! I just downloaded the HALL of ourgame recently, but I failed to play it all the time-- at the very time of entering the Hall of , the screen disappeared at once. sometimes it also shows me a instruction --"there are errors in your IE ", i try to down load new IE, but I can not set up IE in my computer. now I can only go through my internet web by firefox. could you be so kind to help me to resolve this problem? thank you so much.
