May I ask the purpose of doing that?

To my knowledge it's not a built-in functionality that can be achieved by Win SVR 2003. Now that doesn't mean there're no 3rd party tools which will work that way. But if you are able to tell me the reason and the end result you are trying to achieve, I might be able to work around it for you.

It doesn't make clear sense to me as to what you are trying to do here. What if the users stay connected for a few hours/days? What if they mistakenly log out before they have done their business? Why can't you demand them to let you know after they have done what they want so you could disable or lock their accounts?
