求救，無法刪除老版NORTON

裝了與VISTA不匹配的NORTON，想要刪除，怎麽試都不行。試了墨鬥魚的NORTON REMOVAL TOOL,還是被要求到ADD/REMOVE裏去搞，所以還是不行。咋辦呀？
