Just don't buy HP or Compaq computers at all. Those computers don't come with system recovery disk. My experience: HP crashed, I called service center to buy a recovery disk. It took me about 2 hours on the phone being interrogated for reasons requesting a recovery disk. Something worse is the Indian accent those service rep have, I had hard time understand them.
Anyway, HP's policy really caused consumers, at least me a lot of troubles. I lived without the computer for about a week to wait for the disc to arrive.
Sucks!!!
