請問怎樣在WINDOWS下低級格式化硬盤

USB外接硬盤掛了，想低級格式化一下。但遍尋網上都是要以DOS為操作環境來進行，可是我的是外掛硬盤，DOS用不了，又不能換到筆記本上，因為我是10.6寸的筆記本，用的是1.8寸硬盤，而外接那個是2,5寸的，所以換不到筆記本上，隻能以USB連接。

請問有無方法在WINDOWS下低級格式化，謝謝！
