請電腦專家幫助

這個周末我的朋友的小孩用過我的電腦後，我就不能打開yahoo的mymail這個page了。並且所有的英文網站我都不能打開email page.隻要我一點擊mymail,網絡就顯示this page cannot displayed.但奇怪的是：我卻能打開yahoo的中文網站的email page.可是我常常需要登錄其他英文網站的email網頁，所以我很著急。請各位專家指點。
