virus protect pro

my computer is infected by virus protect pro, I tried spy doctor, spy hunter...didn't work. everytime I restart my computer, the virus protect pro will still pop up. and it doesn't allow me to do computer restore...

do you know any software will kill this virus protect pro? or by manual? please help...thanks so much!
